A "STAR" is a System Technical Action Request. Customers gain access
to the STAR system by registering and then logging on with a user name and password. A customer may add a new STAR,
modify an existing STAR, or delete a STAR. Any customer may modify any STAR.
The STAR system demonstrates the use of hidden text fields to maintain context and HTML templates to provide separation
of application code and presentation HTML.
